My Ministry in Portland, at Portland State, and around the Northwest…
In the summer of 2011, I became ‘New Staff’ with Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru). Prior to that summer I had been an operations intern (Optern) with Cru in the Greater Northwest Regional Office. Thinking back to my time at Washington State University, I remember all the things that competed for my heart and mind. And for part of my college career I indulged in many of the wrong things.
However, God brought me into his Kingdom through a personal relationship with God during my sophomore year. Over the rest of my college career Jesus changed my life and the lives of people around me. As I was involved in Cru, I learned how important it was to share the message of Jesus with other students.
In my job today, I have the opportunity to help reach the 2.1 million students of the Northwest for Jesus. We are reaching the campus for today, so we can reach the world tomorrow.
